    Freezer Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 pint whipping cream
    • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 3 chocolate-covered English toffee bars (such as Heath)


    Instructions


    1. Mix condensed milk, whipping cream and vanilla. Refrigerate until well chilled.

    2. Beat mixture with an electric mixer on low speed until it thickens. Freeze until partially frozen.

    3. Crush the toffee bars with a rolling pin (this is less messy if you do it while the pieces are still in the package). Beat ice cream mixture and fold in toffee pieces. Freeze until firm.
