Freezer Ice Cream

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 chocolate-covered English toffee bars (such as Heath)
Instructions
- Mix condensed milk, whipping cream and vanilla. Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Beat mixture with an electric mixer on low speed until it thickens. Freeze until partially frozen.
- Crush the toffee bars with a rolling pin (this is less messy if you do it while the pieces are still in the package). Beat ice cream mixture and fold in toffee pieces. Freeze until firm.
