Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream II

List of Ingredients
- 1 pint (12 ounces) strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, cream cheese, sugar, milk, lemon juice, and salt in a blender and purée just until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in cream. Chill completely.
- Freeze mixture in ice cream maker. Transfer to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
Makes about 1 quart.
