Recipe Introduction
"My kids would eat ice pops all day long if I let them. There are summer days when they request popsicles for breakfast! That's when I decided I needed to step away from sugary grocery store ice pops and start making summer treats that the kids would enjoy and that I know are loaded with healthy goodness. The peaches and strawberries in combination with the yogurt make these ice pops deliciously creamy. You and, most importantly, the kids will love them!"
List of Ingredients
◦ 2 cups cubed fresh peaches
◦ 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
◦ 1 cup peach juice
◦ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
◦ 2 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
Recipe
Add the peaches, strawberries, peach juice, yogurt, and syrup to a high-speed blender and pure on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly among 10 ice pop molds and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove the molds from the freezer and insert sticks before the ice pops freeze completely. Return them to the freezer for an additional 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.
Run the outside of the ice pop molds under warm water for 1 minute to help remove the treats.
Makes 10 ice pops
❧ Tip: If you're craving these ice pops when peaches and strawberries aren't in season, try using frozen fruit instead.
