• 3/4 cup milk
  
• 1/2 ripe banana
  
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
  
• A pinch of cinnamon
  
• 1 ice cube
  






Instructions



1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and mix until the drink is nice and smooth.
   
   Pour immediately into a pre-frozen thermos.
