    Fresh Fruit Kabobs with Strawberry Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    "Any colorful, good-for-dipping fruit may be used, as long as you end up with about five cups, total. Be sure to choose fruit that's in season."

    List of Ingredients

    For the skewers:
    â—¦ Fresh pineapple, cut into small pieces
    â—¦ Fresh strawberries, cut into quarters
    â—¦ Fresh whole red grapes

    For the dip:
    â—¦ ½ (13.5-ounce) package strawberry glaze (in the produce section next to the strawberries
    â—¦ 6 ounces strawberry yogurt
    â—¦ 1 cup whipped topping

    Recipe

    Arrange fruit skewers as desired and place on a large tray or baking sheet. Plan for 2 to 3 skewers for each guest.

    In a bowl, mix together glaze and yogurt.
    Fold in whipped topping. This makes a bright pink dip.

    Place the bowl of fruit dip in the center of the tray.

    Makes 2 to 3 skewers per guest
