    Fruity Smoothies

    From "Kids Cook!" (Betty Crocker)

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 medium bananas
    • 2 cups vanilla fat-free yogurt
    • 1 cup frozen strawberries
    • -- or 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • -- or 1 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1 cup orange juice


    Instructions


    1. Peel bananas. Cut each banana into chunks on a cutting board using a table knife. Put banana chunks in a blender.

    2. Add the yogurt, strawberries (or blueberries or raspberries) and orange juice to the bananas. Cover blender with lid and blend on high speed about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth. Pour the smoothie into 4 drinking glasses. Serve right away.

      Serves 4
