One-Bowl Banana Bread

List of Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 ripe bananas)
- ½ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, if desired
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325° F. Spray two loaf pans with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Pour batter into pans and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and top springs back when touched lightly with finger. Cool.
