    Peach + Nutmeg Yogurt Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
    • ¼ cup water
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • Juice of ½ lemon
    • â…› teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt


    Instructions


    1. In a small saucepan, bring the peaches, water, honey, lemon juice, and nutmeg to a boil over medium heat.

    2. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until there is no more liquid in the pan, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly.

    3. Transfer the peaches to a blender or food processor and gently pulse until they are still slightly chunky, about 15 seconds. In a medium bowl, spoon in the yogurt and peaches, and gently mix them together until well combined. Let cool completely before serving or adding to a bento box.

      Makes 1 cup
