    Pepperoni Pizza Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 plus ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • ¼ cup finely chopped pepperoni
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • â…› teaspoon crushed red pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Combine the ricotta, mayonnaise, and ½ cup of the mozzarella. Stir in the Parmesan, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper. Mix well and spoon into an ungreased ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup mozzarella on top.

    3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve the dip hot with wedges of Italian bread.

      Makes about 3 ½ cups
      (6 to 8 servings)



    Final Comments


    • Hardcore pepperoni fans can double the pepperoni. This dip is also great served with sliced vegetables.
