    Sea Shells

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 jumbo pasta shells
    • 1 cup tuna or egg salad filling
    • 1/2 cup grated cheese, optional


    Instructions


    1. Cook the pasta shells. Drain and rinse in cold water.

    2. Fill each shell with tuna or egg salad, then sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. (Or, for a variation, stuff the filling into hollowed-out cherry tomatoes, green peppers or cream-puff shells.)

      Serves 4
