Spicy Chicken and Cheese Wraps

List of Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) packages Southwestern chicken breast strips
- 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup chunky-style salsa with beans
- 2 Tbsp diced green chiles
- ½ cup refried beans, heated
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 flour tortillas

- Sour cream and salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Combine chicken, corn, salsa and green chiles in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place refried beans in small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on High, 45 to 60 seconds, until warm.
- Spread 2 tablespoons beans on each tortilla. Top with ¼ cup cheese. Divide chicken mixture and spread down center of tortillas. Roll up and serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
