"Go Fish" Caprese Salad

List of Ingredients
- ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup mini mozzarella balls or 1 large mozzarella ball, chopped
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, and basil.
- Drizzle on the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Gently mix with a spoon.
- Serve with a thick wooden skewer or large toothpick so that your children have to "go fish" to eat the salad. Or skip the stick and leave the job to their little fingers.
