Four-Bean Bake with Hamburger

List of Ingredients
◦ � pound lean ground beef
◦ � cup chopped onion
◦ 2 cups baked beans (one 16-ounce can)
◦ 1 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
◦ 1 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
◦ 1 cup canned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
◦ 6 tablespoons barbecue sauce
◦ 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
◦ 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
◦ Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 400� F. Saut� the ground beef and onion in a large heavy skillet for 4 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
Stir in the baked beans, cannellini beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, barbecue sauce, maple syrup, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Transfer the mixture to a Dutch oven or casserole dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
