• 1/4 cup bourbon
  
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
  
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
  
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well, and refrigerate.
   
   Use on all types of meat -- chicken, fish, etc.
