    • 1/2 cup brandy
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 Tbsp unsulfured molasses
    • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients; use immediately for basting chicken or fish.
