    Fire Down Below Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 ounces Scotch bonnet chiles (or other hot chiles, such as serranos)
    • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
    • 2 Tbsp fresh basil
    • 2 Tbsp fresh thyme
    • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
    • 2 Tbsp mustard seed
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 2 Tbsp orange juice
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2 Tbsp white vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Puree the ingredients in a blender and use for marinade (for about 2 lbs. of meat).

      Makes about 1 cup.
