- 5 ounces Scotch bonnet chiles (or other hot chiles, such as serranos)
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp mustard seed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Puree the ingredients in a blender and use for marinade (for about 2 lbs. of meat).
Makes about 1 cup.
