List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup olive oil
  
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
  
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  
• 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  
• Juice of 1 orange
  
• 1 Tbsp chopped basil
  
• 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  
• 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over fish. Do not marinate for over one hour.
   
   
2. Cook fish over charcoal (or gas) grill, 8 to 10 minutes per side.
   
   Serve with mango salsa.
