List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup hoisin or plum sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp Asian sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Combine the catsup, hoisin or plum sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, curry powder, sesame oil and hot sauce.
Use as a marinade for pork, beef or chicken. You can also double the marinade and use half (reserved separately, of course) for a dipping sauce.
Makes about 1 cup.
