Red-Wine Marinade

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup dry red wine
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 slivered garlic cloves
- 1/2 small sliced onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 1 tsp fresh or 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Combine red wine, orange juice, oil, garlic, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns and thyme. For use on lamb, pork or beef.
Makes about 2 cups.
