    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup dry red wine
    • Juice of 1 orange
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 2 slivered garlic cloves
    • 1/2 small sliced onion
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
    • 1 tsp fresh or 1/4 tsp dried thyme


    Instructions


    1. Combine red wine, orange juice, oil, garlic, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns and thyme. For use on lamb, pork or beef.

      Makes about 2 cups.
