    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup soy sauce (low-sodium or regular)
    • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 1 Tbsp finely minced fresh ginger
    • 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic
    • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
    • 1 tsp lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, wine, ginger, garlic, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Marinate fish for 1 hour in refrigerator; marinate chicken 2 to 24 hours in refrigeration.

      Makes enough for 2 lbs. fish fillets
      or 3 lbs. cut-up chicken.
