- 1 cup soy sauce (low-sodium or regular)
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp finely minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, wine, ginger, garlic, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Marinate fish for 1 hour in refrigerator; marinate chicken 2 to 24 hours in refrigeration.
Makes enough for 2 lbs. fish fillets
or 3 lbs. cut-up chicken.
