List of Ingredients



• 2 Tbsp Thai OR Vietnamese fish sauce
  
• 1 Tbsp grated lime peel
  
• 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  
• 1 Tbsp honey
  
• 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  
• 2 fresh serrano chiles, minced (including seeds)
  
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  
• 2 Tbsp minced cilantro sprigs
  






Instructions



1. Use before stir-frying chicken. Place chicken in a bowl. Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken to marinate.
   
   Yields enough marinade for 1 pound chicken meat.
