White-Wine Marinade

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 slivered garlic clove
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary)
Instructions
- Combine white wine, oil, garlic, green onions, bay leaf and rosemary. Use on poultry or seafood.
Makes 1-1/3 cups.
