List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round or chuck steak
- Flour
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- Butter
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large can tomatoes
Instructions
- Pound flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder into steak.
- In frying pan, brown both sides of meat in butter. Transfer meat to suitable baking dish and top with sliced onions and green pepper. Add Worcestershire to tomatoes and pour on top of vegetables.
- Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until steak is tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
