List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground pork
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground veal
- 1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
- Mix everything together in a large bowl until completely blended. Shape like a football on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes, then slice. Serve with pepper jelly and coleslaw.
Feeds 8 easily, with enough leftover for a meatloaf sandwich the next day.
