    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
    • 1-1/2 lbs. ground pork
    • 1-1/2 lbs. ground veal
    • 1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
    • 1 cup chili sauce
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).

    2. Mix everything together in a large bowl until completely blended. Shape like a football on a rimmed baking sheet.

    3. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes, then slice. Serve with pepper jelly and coleslaw.

      Feeds 8 easily, with enough leftover for a meatloaf sandwich the next day.
