Bourbon & Brown Sugar Steak

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 lbs. steak, fat trimmed
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- Chives
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients together in large ziplock bag; add steak. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Grill steak for about 5 minutes on each side, or until of desired doneness. Let steak stand for about 10 minutes; cut across grain into thin slices.
- Combine reserved marinade and cornstarch in a saucepan; bring to boil and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Drizzle sauce over steak and sprinkle with pieces of chive.
