- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
- Two 8-ounce striploin steaks
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Add steaks. Flip a few times to coat sides. Cover dish with plastic wrap and put in the fridge. Marinate for 4 to 12 hours. Flip steaks at least once, or flip every 2 hours.
- Coat grill with oil so steaks will not stick when grilling. Remember, when grilling, to turn steaks only once. For medium, cook steaks about 4 minutes per side.

Serve with:
KILLER FOIL-WRAPPED BAKED POTATOES
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 tsp oil
• 1/8 tsp thyme
• 1/8 tsp paprika
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp ground pepper
• 1/8 tsp parsley
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 slices of onion
• 2 baking potatoes
• 2 foil squares, double-wrapped, about 9" x 9"
Cook potatoes in microwave for around 3 minutes to cut down on the BBQ time.
Combine first 9 ingredients in a small cup. Slice potato lengthwise about three-quarters of the way through the potato. Place potatoes on foil squares. Insert one slice of onion per potato. Spread half of the butter mixture over each potato. Close foil around potato so that it is completely covered.
Grill for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. (At 15 minutes, insert a fork and if the fork glides easily into the potato, then it is done. If not, allow to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.) Serve with your choice of toppings -- butter, sour cream, chives, Bacon bits.

FRIED MUSHROOMS & ONIONS
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 4 white button mushrooms, sliced (about 1/4-inch)
• 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced (about 1/4-inch)
• 1 small onion, sliced (about 1/8-inch)
• Ground pepper
Melt butter in a large fry pan over low to medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and onions. Cook on medium for 5 minutes; turn to flip onions and mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes. Loosen the onions around the pan and stir. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 2 minutes.
