Marinated Beef Brisket

List of Ingredients
- 1 (2- to 3-lb.) beef roast
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- .
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Line a baking pan with a large piece of foil. Place roast in pan. Mix all other ingredients together (except barbecue sauce) for marinade and spread over meat. Seal foil tightly around meat and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 5 hours. Open foil last 1/2 hour of cooking time and pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over meat (leave foil open during this time).
