Homemade Baking Mix

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into pea-size pieces
Instructions
- Place the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl, and whisk together. Add the butter and using a pastry blender or two forks, cut the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes about 2 cups
• This homemade baking mix is a great substitute for store-bought baking mixes, such as Bisquick.
