Homemade Creole Seasoning

- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
This mixture will store for several weeks, tightly sealed, in your spice cabinet.
