• 1 cup heavy (or whipping) cream
  
• 2 tsp instant-coffee powder or granules
  
• 2 Tbsp sugar
  






Instructions



1. In small bowl, combine instant-coffee powder or granules and sugar; add heavy or whipping cream and beat with hand beater or mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
   
   Serve cream on fruit or nut pies, or ice cream sundaes.
