List of Ingredients



• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  
• 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  
• 1/2 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise
  






Instructions



1. In a chilled bowl, beat the cream and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the seeds from the vanilla bean and beat until stiff peaks form.
   
   Makes about 1 cup.
