Tawni's Wild Huckleberry Muffins

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup wild huckleberries
Instructions
- Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in the oil, milk and egg. Fold in the huckleberries (you may substitute blueberries if not in season).
- Drop into greased muffin tin and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
