    Seattle Mocha Punch

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3 cups freshly brewed espresso coffee
    • 1-1/2 cups milk
    • 1 cup light cream
    • 2/3 cup brandy or Cognac
    • 1/3 cup rum


    Instructions


    1. In a punch bowl or pitcher, stir the sugar into the coffee right after brewing. Add the milk, cream, brandy and rum and serve warm or at room temperature.

      Makes 8 servings.
