    Chandler's Crabhouse Hot Crab Dip

    Chandler's Crabhouse (Seattle, Washington)

    List of Ingredients


    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1½ cups mayonnaise
    • 6 ounces Dungeness crabmeat
    • 4 ounces artichoke hearts, well drained, coarsely chopped
    • White pepper, to taste
    • 2 green onions, minced (mostly green parts)
    • Cayenne pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly pan spray a small 1½-inch deep baking dish.

    2. In a bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, chopped artichoke hearts, and white pepper (to taste). Blend all ingredients with a spoon, but don't break up the crabmeat lumps too much. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan, if you like.

    3. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, or until brown and heated through. Garnish with the minced green onion and cayenne pepper, and serve with pita pieces or chips, baguette slices, veggie dippers, or tortilla chips.

      Makes 4 servings.
