    Hoisin BBQ Shrimp Baste with Amber Ale

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
    • 1/2 cup BridgePort Amber Ale
    • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
    • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together all ingredients and chill for 10 to 20 minutes.

    2. Marinate 1 pound of peeled and deveined large shrimp or prawns in two-thirds of the sauce, and baste when grilling with the remainder.
