Hoisin BBQ Shrimp Baste with Amber Ale

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup BridgePort Amber Ale
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients and chill for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Marinate 1 pound of peeled and deveined large shrimp or prawns in two-thirds of the sauce, and baste when grilling with the remainder.
