- Fresh, shucked oysters
- White all-purpose flour
- Dried dill
- Garlic salt
- Seasoning salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Dredge the shucked oysters in flour that has been seasoned with dried dill, garlic salt, seasoning salt and pepper.
- Fry until golden brown in hot oil in skillet on stove top. Drain on paper towels and serve.
