    List of Ingredients


    • Fresh, shucked oysters
    • White all-purpose flour
    • Dried dill
    • Garlic salt
    • Seasoning salt
    • Pepper
    • Oil for frying


    Instructions


    1. Dredge the shucked oysters in flour that has been seasoned with dried dill, garlic salt, seasoning salt and pepper.

    2. Fry until golden brown in hot oil in skillet on stove top. Drain on paper towels and serve.
