Oregon Blue Cheese Dressing

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups creme fraiche or sour cream
- 6 ounces Oregon blue cheese (1-1/2 cups crumbled)
- 1 tsp freshly ground white pepper
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Taste and adjust the amount of pepper and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Makes about 2 cups.
