    Oregon Chocolate Bark

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup chopped dried cherries (1/8-inch pieces)
    • 1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts (1/8-inch pieces)
    • 1/3 cup cocoa nibs
    • 1 pound tempered melted dark chocolate
    • Sea salt (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

    2. Mix cherries, hazelnuts and cocoa nibs in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture and set aside.

    3. When chocolate is tempered, mix in the remaining fruit and nut mixture. Spread onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the reserved fruit and nut mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt, if you like. Allow to cool until hard, at least 10 minutes.

      Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
