Puget Sound Salmon

List of Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (from an approximately 5-pound fish)
- Salt
- White pepper
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Season fillet with salt and pepper. Combine lime juice, garlic powder and melted butter.
- Place fillet on broiling pan, skin-side down. Baste with melted butter. Broil 8 to 10 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
