    Puget Sound Salmon

    From "Pacific Northwest Salmon Cookbook"


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 salmon fillet (from an approximately 5-pound fish)
    • Salt
    • White pepper
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 cup melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Season fillet with salt and pepper. Combine lime juice, garlic powder and melted butter.

    2. Place fillet on broiling pan, skin-side down. Baste with melted butter. Broil 8 to 10 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.

      Serves 4
