- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp catsup
- 3 Tbsp dry vermouth
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- Up to 5 lbs. of salmon fillet
Instructions
- Combine the melted butter, catsup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard and dry vermouth.
- Meanwhile, grill the salmon, skin side down, until opaque on the surface, then baste with the sauce 3 to 4 times as you continue to cook just until the flesh is just flaking when gently prodded with a fork. Figure on a cooking time of about 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part of fillet.
