Pan-Fried Oysters

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge oysters in seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
- Fry in hot oil until edges start to curl. Flip oysters over and cook until crispy and golden brown.
- To make the sauce: Mix mustard, soy sauce, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar in a saucepan; cook over medium heat and bring to a boil. Serve warm over oysters.
