    Smoked Salmon Horseradish Dip

    From "Pacific Northwest Salmon Cookbook"


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup smoked salmon, flaked
    • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 2 Tbsp sour cream
    • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
    • 2 Tbsp horseradish
    • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Finely flake the salmon and set aside. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Add salmon and chill 6 hours before serving.

      Serve with crackers or chips.
