Tugboat Annie's Almond-Crusted Halibut

- -- Almond Crust Mix --
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 Tbsp flour

- -- Cilantro Lime Butter --
- 1/4 lb. soft butter
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- .
- Halibut (your choice of cut), 6 to 8 ounces
Instructions
- Puree the almond crust ingredients together in a food processor.
- Blend together the cilantro lime butter ingredients by hand or with a food processor.
- Coat both sides of the halibut with almond crust mix -- really work it in. Place in an oiled frying pan over medium heat. Cook on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
Top with cilantro lime butter and serve.
