    California Pizza Kitchen's Curly Mac & Cheese

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces cream
    • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
    • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional)
    • 10 ounces cooked fusilli (rotini)


    Instructions


    1. In a saute pan, combine cream, Velveeta and salt, if using. Heat over medium flame until cheese is melted.

    2. Reheat fusilli in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain thoroughly for at least 30 seconds and add pasta to sauce.

    3. Warm over low flame until cheese is melted (about 3 minutes) and sauce begins to thicken. Transfer to a warm pasta bowl.
