List of Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 8 cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 dashes soy sauce
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 ounces mussel meat
- 8 ounces chopped clams (cooked and drained)
- 10 ounces raw scallops
- 12 ounces peeled raw shrimp
Instructions
- Cook linguine with butter in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine olive oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper, soy sauce and heavy cream in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring, over medium-high heat.
- Add seafood. Stir, then add the cooked linguine. Stir gently and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until seafood is cooked through and dish has a creamy consistency. Serve immediately.
