    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound linguine
    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 8 cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 dashes soy sauce
    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • 4 ounces mussel meat
    • 8 ounces chopped clams (cooked and drained)
    • 10 ounces raw scallops
    • 12 ounces peeled raw shrimp


    Instructions


    1. Cook linguine with butter in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Combine olive oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper, soy sauce and heavy cream in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring, over medium-high heat.

    3. Add seafood. Stir, then add the cooked linguine. Stir gently and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until seafood is cooked through and dish has a creamy consistency. Serve immediately.

      Serves 4
