    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces dried spinach fettuccine
    • 8 ounces dried egg fettuccine
    • 1 Tbsp butter
    • 2 ounces prosciutto, chopped
    • 1 cup light cream
    • 1-1/2 cups peas, thawed if frozen
    • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook spinach and egg fettuccine according to package directions. Drain.

    2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook 1 minute. Stir in cream and cook 1 minute more. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Toss fettuccine with sauce.

      Makes 4 to 6 servings.
