Dogs: Corgi Crumpets

List of Ingredients



• 1½ cups cornmeal
  
• 1½ cups cake flour
  
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  
• 1 egg
  
• 2/3 cup honey
  
• ½ tsp baking powder
  
• ½ tsp cinnamon
  
• ½ tsp nutmeg
  
• 1-1/3 cups water
  
• 1 small apple
  
• ½ cup rolled oats
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
   In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the apple and rolled oats. Grate apple into mixture.
   
   
2. With an ice-cream scoop, fill muffin pans lined with paper baking cups, and sprinkle with oats. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
