    Dogs: Little Eataly Meatballs

    From "Cooking the Three Dog Bakery Way"

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups quick rolled oats
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 pounds ground chicken or turkey
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • ½ tsp garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

    2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, using your hands. Scoop out a tablespoon or two of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Continue with the rest of the mixture.

    3. Place the meatballs on an ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or wrap well and freeze for up to 2 months. (Thaw before serving.)
