    Dogs: Liver Leather

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound beef or chicken livers
    • ½ cup tapioca flour


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 250° F.
      Purée the liver in a food processor. Add the tapioca flour (also known as tapioca starch) and mix with the liver in the food processor.

    2. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it. Pour the liquid liver mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake for an hour. Turn off the oven and leave overnight.

    3. In the morning, peel off the foil and cut the thin layer of liver mixture into tiny squares with a pizza cutter or knife. Store in the refrigerator.
