Tropical Sunshine Fruit Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 4 medium kiwis, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium ripe mangos, diced (about 2 cups)
- 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into ½-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
- 1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into ½-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup coarsely grated fresh coconut
- ¼ cup fresh coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
- In a stainless mixing bowl, combine the banana, kiwi, mango, papaya, pineapple, and grated coconut. Toss with the coconut milk and lime juice and keep at room temperature until ready to serve.
